Mischievous- The look in her eyes makes you know she's bad news. Asking for directions? She'll tell you, but she'll tell you either the longest way to your destination or even just to the wrong place.

Rude- If someone is being annoying she'll be blunt and straight out tell them, she'll even add in a few insults while she's at it.

Arrogant- Her way is always the best and right way, don't try to differ.

Friendly- Even though she has all these bad traits piled up, she does have a friendly side. If you meet her, and get on her good side then she'll gladly become your best friend right away.

Stubborn- If she decides on something she won't easily change her mind, she'll have to fail the second or third time for her to change her mind.

Smart- Goes great with her mischievous side, she needs an intelligent mind to think up of ways to torture others.

Sly- You can never know what she's thinking, she could have a nice warm smile on her face and be plotting a way to trick you. She is unpredictable, you'll have to be really close to her to predict her next move.

Deceiving- If it helps her in her plots, she'll easily deceive her victim. Sweet and kind, shy and bashful, she'll act any of them.

A little background info:
Misa lived with her parents until she was 13, deciding she didn't want to have anything to do with them. She ignore's them completely, not bothering to even glance at them, but it didn't matter anyway, they disliked her almost as much as she disliked them. They restricted her way too much to her liking, not being able to go outside after 6, not allowed to eat sweets or buy her own things. She had enough. But due to being robbed by a member of Team Rocket of everything she had on her, she had to go back to them. Even though the lived under the same roof, she still didn't talk to them.
She picked up her accent/way of talking when she met an umbreon who came from a different island. He went to try beat the champion but didn't even get past the first elite four. He taught her ways to be sly and different techniques until his defeat which made him so ashamed that he left nearly as sudden as he appeared. Feeling determined to beat the champion and one day going off to find the umbreon again, she began training when she was 16. Her snood was the last thing he had left behind before he left.

Misa trotted towards the next town, humming a loud tune as she held her head high. Catching a glimpse of a Poke-cat which looked at a map with a giant frown she grinned wide and changed her direction.
"Anythin' the mat'er sir?" She asked, her grin suddenly disguised as a soft smile "You lost or somethin'?"
The Poke-Cat nodded "Ah! Yes I am.." he seemed to blush and look down "I'm looking for the Town Square, is it nearby?"
Why yes it is The sneasel thought, glancing toward the town which was hidden behind the Villagers Court "The Town Square? S'that it?" she took a step forward so her face was close to his as she looked down at the map, making him as red as a Cheri berry. "Jus' over there" she lied, pointing at the map before pointing towards the direction of Team Rocket's base.
"T-Thank you miss!" He yelped before backing away, still flustered "I-I hope to meet you again sometime" he dipped his head down before turning away from where the town was towards somewhere he most likely didn't want to end up at.
"S'not a problem" Misa's smile curled into a wide grin as soon as she turned away before she began laughing loudly. What an idiot she smirked after her fit of laughing stopped and began to make her way to the town.

Wasn't sure what room, if the Trainer's rank is closed then I'll gladly change to Ranger or a part of Team rocket >3< Cause I don't think Doctor/nurse would suit Mimi XD
